Customer Service Representative

Quik’s Farm Ltd, based in Chilliwack BC, is a family farm whose primary business is cut flower growing and processing. With over twenty acres of indoor and an additional thirty acres of seasonal outdoor growing space, the company prides itself in its unique vertical integration within the floriculture sector. Quik’s Farm is geared towards the intense production of cut Chrysanthemums, Oriental Lilies, Alstroemeria, Lisianthus, Sunflowers, and other seasonal crops utilizing state-of-the-art growing systems and leading-edge technology to produce high quality products for our diverse customer base across North America.

Currently there is a full-time opening for a Customer Service Representative. This position presents a substantial career opportunity within the Quik’s Farm team. Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a dedicated sales account team, providing administrative support and managing a range of tasks related to assigned accounts.
  • Handle incoming sales calls and manage account communications, including processing orders and providing customer support.
  • Provide key insights to the account team, ensuring seamless execution across cross functional teams.
  • Process incoming sales orders, manage order entry and confirmations, and generate accurate sales summaries and reports.
  • Act as a key point of contact for account-related communication, supporting both external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating customer reports and key information presentations.
  • Ensure data accuracy across sales processes by confirming order details and liaising with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, including entry of sales data, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements as required.
  • Maintain purchase order confirmation platforms with industry partners.
  • Work with the Sales Team to create, develop, and close on sales opportunities
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and follow through on assignments.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a drive for process improvement.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, administrative, or reception role in an office environment.
  • Experience in the horticulture or floriculture industry is highly valued.

Language Requirement

  • Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Salary Range: $21-$24 (Based on experience and qualifications)

This position may require you to work on Saturdays and Statutory holidays. There will be no Sunday work.
